Hosted by Certified Health Coach, Brandy Bell, this reset is all about nourishment, self-care and healing. You’re invited to hold a space for your mind, heart, and body this season! It’s unlike other cleanses,  there are no supplements to take or juices you have to drink! We will focus on a gentle elimination diet, movement, and self-care principles with 1:1 coaching.
This whole-foods approach will allow your body to eliminate toxins, reduce inflammation, and increase nutrient absorption. Invite your friends, work buddies are encouraged! You will get new recipes, tips for success, and feel the power of your body.

Phase 1

Schedule first coaching session.

6-day prep: Wean off of sugar AND caffeine OR switch from coffee to organic caffeinated tea. Dedicate the last 2 days to prep time (grocery shopping, clearing out temptations, setting intentions, experimentation, choosing a self-care and movement menu). Read the challenge guide. First coaching session.

Phase 2

7-days of eating clean with new recipes, daily support through the app, and tips.

Schedule second coaching session.

Phase 3

Second coaching session happens before Phase 3.

5-day reintroduction period of specific food groups to help you connect with the foods that work with your body and identify which ones you should have in moderation or continue to avoid. This can actually be extended for as long as you want to experiment. This gentle reintroduction period is alternated with cleanse days.

Phase 4

Reflection

Use the provided journal to reflect on what you discovered and  develop new goals for the future to continue or uplevel your new self-care routines.
