To further support your health and lifestyle goals, I make personalized recordings!  Each audio focuses on your particular area of tension/pain or what you want to manifest in your life. Learn how to use these tools and have time 100% focused on you so that you get just what you need and don’t have to spend hours on Youtube looking for the right match.  Each session includes 1:1 coaching and a custom MP3 recording for only $30.

Mental Rehearsal/Manifestation Recordings: 60 minutes

One way this is used in coaching is to help connect desired outcomes, favorite hobbies, or new habits to pleasure in the brain. Having a recorded mental rehearsal  means clients can listen to them long-term at a comfortable time and visualize themselves getting/doing exactly what they want.

Topics include: sleeping, running (at a certain time of day), general or specific exercise, eating comfortably, public speaking, playing music, writing, and more.

Here’s what to expect:

  1. We will begin the call by unearthing what you want to see for yourself. You may already know exactly what you want to achieve, if not, I will help you get there.
  2. We will move on to doing a mental rehearsal in real time, so you can be in that moment as the future you and at the end let me know what your future self would say about achieving what you set out to achieve. This is an important part of the personalization so I can put your actual message in the recording!
  3. If we have extra time, we will talk about any other breakthroughs you are hoping to have.
  4. I will send your recording to you within 24 hours.

Body Scan Meditations: 45 minutes

Why get personal?

I often had to pause the recording I used in order to spend more time exploring my abdomen, you might feel you want that for your painful or tight area. I can offer that additional guidance. The recording will be between 6-20 minutes, depending on what your unique relationship is with meditation and your daily routine.

We will spend the first 15 minutes discussing where you wish to expand. It’s very important that you practice with the general version for about a week first, so you have an idea of my style and voice and know that it works well for you.

The other 30 minutes you will also have an opportunity to ask questions about the support I had during my time with chronic abdominal pain, how I healed, and know that you’re not alone in your own personal struggle with pain. Sometimes it just feels good to talk about it with someone new that has had a similar experience OR If you have something you want additional assistance with, we will have time to do a mini-coaching session.
